Maximize Learnings

Learning maximally from every patient is our obligation and opportunity. Nano-rare patients present a unique opportunity to learn about health and disease, and we are obligated to learn maximally from each patient and our aggregate experience and share our learnings with all interested parties as rapidly as possible.

n-Lorem is an open access organization

Already we have published a number of articles in peer reviewed journals outlining our approach to discovering and developing optimized ASO medicines for nano-rare patients. Our library of publications will continue to grow as we publish peer reviewed manuscripts and support our treating physicians for their case reports.

We have made hundreds of presentations, including at scientific meetings, patient advocacy forums, internal employee presentations for our partners, expert panelist opportunities and other personalized medicine summits. In some presentations, we have provided a step-by-step detailed road map illustrating how we identify an optimal ASO. This road map includes the number of ASOs screened, and the number of ASOs studied at each step, the analytes measured and our stringent criteria for advancing an ASO at each step. Our goal is to educate the community to ensure that only the best ASOs reach nano-rare patients.

We are committed to quality, learning, teaching and sharing

Review all relevant peer-reviewed publications, including ASO safety database papers, which aggregate safety data on over three decades of experience with antisense technology. See our list of publications, which are updated quarterly.
